About Sort & Found

Hi! I’m Taylor, the person behind Sort & Found.

I’m a mom, an enthusiastic researcher, and the kind of person who opens 20 tabs before buying a pair of loafers or a storage basket. I genuinely enjoy sorting through all the options: reading reviews, comparing prices, looking for the version that feels special, and figuring out what’s actually worth bringing home. Eventually, I realized all that research might be useful to someone besides me.

Sort & Found is where I share the things that make the cut: clothes I’m excited to wear, beauty products that have earned a spot in my routine, things that make our home work a little better, and finds for kids and family life that I’d happily recommend to a friend. My taste tends to land somewhere between practical and pretty. I love a great deal, but I’m also willing to spend more when something is genuinely worth it. I’m interested in making everyday life feel a little more thoughtful.

You’ll find recommendations across style, home, beauty, and family, including products I own and use, things I’ve researched extensively, seasonal roundups, and interesting finds I think are worth knowing about.

How I choose what to share

Some products on Sort & Found are things I’ve personally purchased and used. Others are products I’ve researched and selected because I think they’re genuinely worth sharing. I’ll always try to make that distinction clear. Some posts also contain affiliate links, which means Sort & Found may earn a commission if you purchase something through one of those links, at no additional cost to you. You can read more on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Mostly, I hope Sort & Found feels like getting a recommendation from the friend who already did the research. Good things for real life.
